Using advanced automation and data monitoring, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility ensures every shaped charge is produced to exact design specifications using tightly controlled processes and parameters.

The manufacturing process starts with metal powder blending through a process that ensures uniform and consistent product from batch to batch. Once the metal powder has been produced, the next step is fabricating the metal liners with a fully automated liner press system.

The explosive pressing operation is the final manufacturing step. By automating this process, we have eliminated operator exposure to explosives by placing all dispensing and pressing operations behind blast-proof walls.

The new system has enhanced shaped charge manufacturing. We monitor, record, and analyze more than 100 parameters—from pressing forces to quality shot verification. This ensures product quality on every shaped charge produced.
